It’s clear to me that all the positive reviews are probably from the company themselves. LJ Property are total scammers, they rip off people, mostly older folks, then vanish without a trace. J Oliver seems to be the one behind it all. Seriously, I wouldn’t trust them at all.

Got a call from a young bloke saying my guarantee was up. I rang my installers and they said he was right. Then I called 01253 728728 to speak to the guy and he said someone would come round to inspect my windows! I hadn’t realised anything was wrong with my windows and doors till the advisor showed me. Another poor try to put the blame anywhere but on a rubbish company. This site isn’t the only way to check how this firm operates, it’s pretty easy to look up company house where it’s clear as day that the directors keep shutting down and starting up new companies under different names without handing in any accounts. That hardly makes them look trustworthy or honest. Or maybe this “heartbroken ex” messed with your accounts and shut down your firms too? Honestly, it’s just laughable, how dumb do you think we all are?

Comment from 3/7/19 about how terrible this company treats people I gotta say what's really awful is taking cash off older folks, not delivering what they promised, and then going quiet. J Oliver and his mates are absolute rubbish. There’s plenty more names to mention but Oliver’s the top scammer here. Watch out, he’s started up another company called Window Seal. Stay well clear of them!

If anyone’s had a bad run in with this firm, I’d recommend reaching out to your local news or TV stations. Looks like Channel 4 and BBC are also paying attention to stuff like this. Best to report your issues to the right people so it gets looked into properly.

They call themselves a good company? Yeah right, what a joke. They clearly sent those messages on their own. They’ve ripped off loads of people, mainly old folks, took their cash and then just vanished without doing any work. After that, good luck getting any response. Folks know who they are, and believe me, karma’s gonna catch up with them sooner or later.

Got a call about double glazing warranty, the person was really pushy and quite rude. Used some proper bullying tactics. I've reported it to the TPS and ICO already, and now planning to contact my local trading standards as well.

I get that some folks say this company is legit, but from what I've seen myself, they’re not great, especially some of the people who work there. I'd honestly warn people, especially older ones, to stay away from them.

Joseph Oliver has recently been appointed as a director at LJ Property Solutions, joining Laura Monteith, so now there’s two people in charge who seem to be tricking vulnerable folks out of cash. LJ Windows, which they run, is about to be shut down. What are trading standards or the police doing about this? Looks like nothing at all. The courts have clearly shown they owe customers money for work they never completed. Is there no justice for those poor people who’ve been ripped off?

Got a call from this number last week. They wouldn’t say where they found my details. After digging into it, I discovered that scammer Joseph Oliver and fraudster Laura Monteith have been running this scheme for ages, with lots of businesses going bust and loads of people scammed. If you have any worries, report it to Julie Waddington at Lancashire / Blackpool trading standards. I spoke to her recently and she told me they’re fully aware and both these people are currently being looked into.

The comment saying this company is great has to be a joke, maybe they put that up themselves. J Oliver from LJ Property is a well known fraudster. This business is now marked as inactive for accounts. Oliver and L Monteith have been linked to at least three firms that have been shut down. They owe debts to creditors confirmed by court rulings. J Oliver mainly targeted older folks. Honestly, nobody should trust them.

Got a call from LJ Properties saying they were from some place called Cheshire Glass - never heard of them and can’t find anything about them online. They went on about windows being out of warranty or something like that. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Like I said earlier, this company lj property has overdue accounts and they’re facing a compulsory strike off. I’ve contacted companies house to challenge this. As far as I know, if they owe money and there’s a court order against them, they shouldn’t be able to shut down - but I might be wrong. J Oliver tried to contest the judgement but didn’t show up in court. I sent bailiffs round but he’d already left his place. He’s really upset my elderly mum, who’s over eighty. Also, be careful with lj windows in Blackpool. I have more to say but don’t want to get into trouble.

These folks called my mum as well, trying to sell her stuff she definitely didn’t need. And they’ve phoned again just the other day. After checking out the reviews and company house records, I’m glad she didn’t get caught up in their scam. I also found out this j Oliver character is linked to other businesses - he’s been involved with j&l consultant and keysview Ltd too. Watch out for these lot!

Got a call from a blocked number, like others have said on here. She mentioned some bloke called Rob was doing free checks around my area this week and that the firm was from Blackpool. When I asked her again what the company was called, she hung up on me. I’m going to report this to TPS and Data Protection now. Proper dodgy!

Just want to back up what's been said before - J Oliver and his mates are nothing but cowards and thieves. Honestly, I regret not stopping my mum from handing over money to him. He targets elderly folk who are vulnerable. If you’re reading this Oliver, be warned, the men in my family are on your trail. I don’t get why the police can’t seem to charge you with theft or fraud. Scammer alert - has unpaid accounts with Companies House. Swapped job address last summer without telling clients to dodge being tracked. This guy, J Oliver, asks for money before doing any work, then blocks your calls and vanishes. Mainly goes after older folks thinking they won’t chase him up.

Got a call out the blue from them, saying my window maker had told them my windows are over 10 years old and no longer under warranty. The lady said they weren’t trying to sell me anything?! This lot really came through for me and my missus. Lancashire glazing put in our windows but did a proper botch job and we kept having issues from day one. LJ Property Solutions came in and sorted everything out, fixing all the mistakes and now we haven’t had a single problem. Quick and friendly service from Rob, definitely sticking with them from now on.

My mum got a call saying they had to inspect her windows and doors because her warranty had expired. She assumed it was the company who did her windows originally.
