Even though I am registered with the TPS, I still continue to receive unwanted phone calls. When I informed the female employee that I am registered with the TPS and do not wish to receive any marketing calls, she simply replied that the call was not a marketing one. They clearly need to comprehend the meaning of marketing. Despite declining their calls, they persistently continue to call me. I wonder why they are doing this.

I received a call from a number claiming to be the National Health Service, informing me about a grant of up to £2000 for double glazing and robust doors. It's worth noting that we have registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).

The caller identifies themselves as "Tower Fusion" and provides an automated message, requesting that I press 2 to have my number removed from their calling list. It's frustrating to experience this, especially because I recently started using the "number withheld block" service to prevent calls from international scammers, and now I'm inundated with calls from annoying individuals within the UK. Despite being registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) for many years and following the advice of my phone provider by signing up with another company, these scam calls continue to bother me. It's particularly aggravating because I am on long term sick leave and don't need the added stress. I never, under any circumstances, make purchases over the phone from cold callers; it simply infuriates me. I wonder why they fail to understand this.

Got a call from National Home Solutions about some government recycling thing, saying I could get up to £2,000 towards new windows. I told the woman I’m on the TPS but she just brushed it off, said it didn’t matter and they'll keep ringing me no matter what. When I asked her to take me off their list, she flat out refused. Really frustrating!

The caller identifies themselves as "Tower Fusion" and provides an automated message instructing you to "press 2" if you wish to be excluded from their calling list. It is quite frustrating to note that despite recently availing the "number with held block" service, I am now receiving calls from individuals of low intellect.

I’ve gotten quite a few calls from this number even though I’m signed up to the TPS. They kept saying something about my Windows needing to be replaced.

Today this number rang me, but I’d already unplugged my phone since I’m tired of these annoying calls. No voicemail left this time though. About a week ago, I kept getting calls from some window firm with a recorded message saying it’s the perfect moment to change your double glazing before winter. The message told me to press 5 for a callback, which I did because the caller ID showed private number every time.

The digital recording was really rubbish, so TPS blocking didn’t do anything.

Tower Fusion. My phone blocker managed to intercept the call, but it was still a bit of a nuisance. I really hope BT can take action against these scam artists. Interestingly, if you try to call them back using Skype, all you get is an answering machine. It seems like they don't want to receive calls from IP systems either!

I truly wonder why you don't provide guidance on purchasing a telephone system that can prevent unwelcome calls? Personally, I am delighted with my BT twin set equipped with call blocking feature. I never have to deal with unwanted interruptions-it's fabulous. When an incoming call is announced, we simply press a key to prohibit the caller from reaching us if we have no desire to answer their calls. If they persist in calling, the system disconnects them automatically.

I am constantly bombarded with over 10 calls per day from these imbeciles. They refuse to accept a polite refusal and show no interest in removing my number from their calling list. The TPS (Telephone Preference Service), in my opinion, is utterly incompetent and unreliable.

Today this number tried ringing me but couldn’t get through because I block all annoying calls. Only people in my contacts or those who say who they are get past the filter, and even then I can choose to pick up or ignore.

Every day, I receive phone calls from this particular number. I have been registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) for a good 15 years now. It is quite frustrating that spam calls continue to persist, despite the fact that there are effective measures in place to put an end to them within hours. During my tenure as an operations director at BT, I am fully aware that these unwanted calls can easily be blocked at switch sites. It does make me wonder why this solution is not being implemented.

Despite being registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service), I continue to receive numerous consecutive calls. These bothersome individuals have even targeted my elderly mother multiple times. As a solution, we have opted for a block system that restricts incoming calls to only pre-approved numbers. What's good about this system is that it provides an online report detailing the exact time and number of each call received. It brings me great satisfaction to know that these persistent cold-callers, who blatantly disregard TPS regulations, will now face the swift response of having their calls terminated instantly.

British Home Solutions is an establishment focused on recycling windows and doors in the UK. However, they exhibited extremely disrespectful behaviour when informed that they would be reported to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

I got a call from this number asking if I'd heard about the latest recycling rules. I told them yes, cause our local council recently switched up how we manage rubbish. But then they started talking about replacing windows, which was a bit odd. They've called me before and I told them to stop ringing, yet here they are again. When I tried to block this one on my phone, it asked if I wanted to swap out a blocked number, so I'm wondering if they're using various numbers to get through.

Why are these callers able to bypass our telephone preference registration and sell us things? It's frustrating. I had someone who wanted to recycle plastic windows. When I indicated my lack of interest, they immediately launched into a sales pitch for something else. I explicitly requested that they refrain from calling me again.

So, a mate of mine got their Facebook hacked and some imposter made a fake profile. Me and another friend both got a friend request from it and accepted. Not long after, this number gave us both a ring. Can't tell if it's just a coincidence or something fishy.

On Saturday 27th, at 14:07, I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number. I decided not to answer the call as I did not recognize the number. Curiously enough, while I was attempting to look up the number, I accidentally dialed it and a pre-recorded voice message stated that the number was not recognized.

I received an offer from Tyra, representing an energy-saving company. She mentioned that I could replace my outdated double glazed windows with the support of government grants. Intrigued, I decided to return the call. However, upon dialing the number, I was greeted by a pre-recorded message: "You have been contacted by Tower Fusion today. If you do not wish to receive any more calls, kindly press 2 and we will remove your number from our calling list."
