Got a call from National Home Solutions about some government recycling thing, saying I could get up to £2,000 towards new windows. I told the woman I’m on the TPS but she just brushed it off, said it didn’t matter and they'll keep ringing me no matter what. When I asked her to take me off their list, she flat out refused. About a week ago, I kept getting calls from some window firm with a recorded message saying it’s the perfect moment to change your double glazing before winter. I truly wonder why you don't provide guidance on purchasing a telephone system that can prevent unwelcome calls? Personally, I am delighted with my BT twin set equipped with call blocking feature. I never have to deal with unwanted interruptions-it's fabulous. When an incoming call is announced, we simply press a key to prohibit the caller from reaching us if we have no desire to answer their calls. If they persist in calling, the system disconnects them automatically.
