Received a call from someone claiming to be from a domestic appliance company, but it felt like a scam. They kept asking for bank details and personal info, seemed dodgy to me. Definitely wouldn’t trust it.

I always tend to ignore calls from unknown numbers, and this one’s no different - straight to the rubbish bin. It’s crazy where they find these numbers from all over the place!

I got a call from this number on my landline, but I cut it off before any message played. I told them, "You've reached the Metropolitan Police scam hotline, what do you need?" All I got back was a recording saying 'goodbye!' I’ve also blocked it on my phone now. Pretty sure it’s a scam!

I have a feeling it was some kind of scam. The phone just ended up going to voicemail and then hung up after what seemed like an automated message. The only bit I caught was something like... 'back on the called numbers'.

I've blocked this number because I reckon it’s a total scam. It rang my landline and as soon as I answered, I pretended to be from the Metropolitan Police’s scam unit and asked how I could help. Straight away, I heard a recorded voice saying goodbye! Now it’s blocked on my phone as well. No doubt about it, it’s a scam.

Got a call from this number, supposedly from Blackpool, but it’s actually a utility scam. Checked on who called me.com and it says they use VoIP, so they might be located anywhere really. Best to just ignore it and NOT pick up!
