I received a call on my mobile from a telecom company that seemed to be pushing their services and phones. Mind you, we've got our number on the Telephone Preference Service list. Just to be certain, I verified with TPS, and lo and behold, our number isn't listed as having received any nuisance calls. Quite baffling, really!
