This bloke called asking if he could speak to the Sustainability Manager, but I told him we don't actually have one. Then he wanted to talk to the Health & Safety Manager, and I explained that’s basically the managing director’s role, so I gave him our general email. He got a bit annoyed, saying he didn't want to waste time sending an email that would just be ignored or forwarded without any real attention. He never mentioned who he was or what company he was with either.
