Got a call from a woman with a strange accent on 5th Feb 2022 at 10:53am saying there was a big issue with our BT internet and she was there to fix it. I told her we don't even use BT and told her off.

Got a call from a lady with a strange accent this morning at 10:53 on 5th Feb 2022. She claimed to be from BT saying my broadband was faulty and that she’d fix it for me. I told her straight up that we don’t even use BT and to stop wasting my time.
