The call was so scratchy I never got the person’s name properly. They said something about being from an energy firm checking if my doors and windows, which are more than 10 years old, might need replacing. Apparently they have folks nearby offering quotes. I told them no thanks - if I was interested, I’d contact a proper business myself, not some random cold caller.
