Received a call at 1 PM on the 4th of January, 2024, from someone claiming to be with BT. They tried to convince me that there were problems with my broadband connection-funny, as there aren't any at all! When I called out their apparent scam, suggesting they were fishing for remote access to my computer, the man had the audacity to insult me before abruptly hanging up. I'd strongly advise against engaging with this number-it's definitely dodgy.
