They say Microsoft has sent them an alert regarding errors on your PC, and they'll ask if you've seen any error messages. They usually suggest you press Start, then Run, and type eventvwr.msc to check your system logs for errors… From my background as a Microsoft certified systems engineer, I know it’s perfectly normal to see some warnings and errors since not everything on your computer runs all the time. I reckon their plan is to either get remote access to your machine or send you to their site or something dodgy like that. They sound Indian to me, though they use English names and claim to be London based - which I seriously doubt. They also leave you waiting about five seconds before picking up. Just thought I’d share this to warn others.
