I asked who’s responsible for ’online visibility’, and they said the directors handle that. When I checked if anyone else was allowed to talk about it, I had to repeat my question a couple of times, then they just ended the call.

I received a rather persistent phone call from a sales team, despite my clear disinterest. I politely informed the caller that I wasn't keen, yet he continued to ramble on about connecting me with a colleague, assuring me that there wouldn't be any charges involved for a chat. After repeating my refusal, I decided enough was enough and hung up.

Got a sales call about my website’s search ranking and the amount of enquiries we get. Told the person straight away that our contact page says we’re signed up to the Business TPS and don’t accept sales calls on this number, but they just kept going, claiming it wasn’t a sales call. Then they carried on asking about our website leads and SEO. Ended the call there. Pretty clear cut - they broke TPS rules and we’ve reported it to the Information Commissioner.

I received a rather bothersome call from an Indian gentleman whose voice was nearly impossible to hear. I suspect it was related to some marketing services. He abruptly disconnected before I could even respond. How frustrating!

I received a call from a rather peculiar company I’ve never encountered before, claiming he could lower my phone bill. But when I pointed out that I hadn’t disclosed my provider to him, it left me baffled as to how he planned to accomplish that. He floundered around and failed to provide any clarity, clearly reciting a rehearsed spiel and unable to tackle any queries that strayed from his script. Fed up with this Gi##### number ringing me nonstop, some bloke called Peter from Unicell. He actually says he never called me before - which is a joke, ive talked to him twice already today! Both times i just hung up straight away. Ive had enough and even got a bit rude back at him. Gonna block the number for good now.

Got a call sayin they’d lower my bill, I said nah not true, asked who they worked for, said unicel. Then I asked who my provider was and they said bt, I said try again, they still said bt. By then I was proper annoyed and told him he hadn’t got a f#####g clue, then hung up and blocked the number.

Had loads of calls from this group again. This time they said they were ‘unicell’ and claimed to be calling from BT Openreach about my phone line charges. As soon as I mentioned we’re signed up with TPS, they just hung up on me.
