When we told them we already had a claim, the bloke went quiet. We asked who he was but he just ended the call. I blame all those adverts on telly that keep plastering this rubbish everywhere without naming who they really are. It should’ve been sorted ages ago, it’s been four years now. The person spoke with a strong South African accent. When I asked who the claim was with, I said that's private, and then they just hung up on me. They tried to say something about the claim being "heated" or something like that.
