They rang me and wanted me to verify my info fast. So I just told them, "Since you’re the one who called, how about you tell me what info you’ve got first, and I'll confirm it?" Right after that, the line just went silent.

They claimed I had an outstanding debt and when I asked them to send me an email, they just hung up on me.
