The number that calls you is issued to AQL wholesale from Blackpool. They purport to be ACI, a bunch of Scammers who con people into paying phoney debts that are usually 'time elapsed' or don't even exist at all. They ask for 'Kelly' as they have no idea who they're calling or where they reside. Nothing ever appears in the post from them but the 'mindless' algorythm keeps plugging away. Their aim is to either con you into entering a repayment scheme or giving up your identity details which they then sell on as 'data'. A horrible bunch or crooks and tricksters who need excoriating from the Earth's surface.
