I got a call from someone named "Ed" claiming he was getting back to me about some Government Funded Insulation scheme. I told him he must have dialled the wrong number. He just ended the call straight away. Later on, he rang again from 01223 625039, and I reminded him it wasn’t the right number. Once more, he quickly hung up.
