i picked up and this bloke said my insurance was expired. i asked him what insurance he meant but he just stayed quiet. then i repeated my question and suddenly they went silent. bit strange that call.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon. This robotic voice rattled off a huge string of numbers that they said was my personal ID. Then they told me my account had been hacked because an iPhone worth £300 was bought. They told me to press 1 to stop the order or my account would get locked. Right after that, the call just cut off.
