Got a call from a woman, I think her name was Katy, who asked for us by name and mentioned some loft installation survey we'd supposedly done. Didn’t sound right to me. She even read out our name and address to double-check, but when I said that info was wrong, she just hung up. Definitely seemed sketchy to me.

I picked up the phone and said ‘hello,’ but there was nothing but silence from the other side for like half a minute. Then, just like that, they ended the call.
