Received a call out of the blue from someone inquiring about my well-being, but didn't bother to introduce himself until I pressed him for details. He claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse, attempting to offer me a shiny new phone and wanting to sort out my "order." Order? What on earth is he on about? 😂 I must admit, I had a good laugh messing with him, pretending I was genuinely interested in his so-called offer.

This number has been persistent all day! I tried ringing back, but all I got was a ringing sound before they hung up on me. We're definitely going to lodge a complaint! After doing a bit of digging, it seems the area code is linked to somewhere in Lancashire.

I haven't the foggiest who this could be, and as soon as we tried ringing the number and started having a chat, they abruptly hung up on us. Quite rude, really!
