got a voicemail from someone pretending to be BT saying there was weird stuff happening on our phone line and that our broadband might get cut off. honestly, what am i meant to do here? am i just meant to be daft and fork out money they ask for or hand over bank details? feels like a right trap!

Got a call that said it was from 02 but I’m pretty sure it was a scam. Definitely wasn’t them.

Someone said they were from 02 but sounded nothing like the usual company reps. They tried saying my contract was ending soon and offered to help me save some cash. Thing is, I've just upgraded recently so it didn't add up. Pretty sure it was a scam. I cut the call right away. If you get a call like this, just don't share anything and hang up straight away.

Got a call from some call centre, could hear lots of noise like people chatting away in a big office. Phone cut off right before anyone spoke. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

This number said they were from O2, but when I asked about my bill, they couldn’t tell me the amount. Kinda makes me think it might not be genuine.

Someone called offering financial advice, but when I asked what the call was about, they got quite rude. I ended up blocking the number.
