The woman on the line said she was from my internet provider and tried to run through her usual spiel. I cut her off and asked, "Who do you say my ISP is?" She answered BT, but I told her that wasn’t right. Then she went on about how I might owe BT for my bill and how BT handles all the internet lines in the UK.
