A woman named Ellie insisted that she needed to discuss a tenancy change concerning an address that is absolutely nothing to do with us. Time and again, I’ve explained this to her, and while she offers her apologies and assures me that she’ll log it in their system to prevent future calls, the next thing I know, I’m receiving another call! The last call I got was from a different lady, reciting the same script. I requested to speak to her manager, but it turns out he was rather perplexed by my predicament (i.e. that they were dialling the wrong number).
