Got a call from someone saying they were with the local power supplier, but the number showed up from way across the country. They kept asking if they were speaking to the house owner and mentioned some government loft insulation thing. When I asked where they got my number from, they went quiet. I could hear loads of fast typing and long silences in between, plus they kept spouting the same phrases over and over. Seemed really dodgy to me!

The call came through from a number I didn't recognise, but the sound was really unclear and muffled. I ended up hanging up quickly and blocking it straight away.
