I've had this number ring me a few times now, and every time I pick up, it just goes dead silent and hangs up right away. It's quite annoying.

I got a call from 01253 271823, which apparently belongs to UtilitiSearch. Their website says they’re a top energy broker helping small and medium businesses with gas and electricity deals. But I never gave them permission to ring me on my mobile, so why are they making these cold calls? If they're really as big in the market as they claim, how come I’ve never come across them before? Also, my phone flagged the number as ‘Suspected spam’, which to me means it’s definitely an annoying and unwanted call.
