I've been receiving those pesky automated calls, often at various times daily throughout the week. Whenever I attempt to return the call, I just get a robotic message on the line. Quite frustrating, isn't it?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I received a call from these nuisances today. I kindly requested that they take my number off their list, and without a second thought, she simply hung up on me. Then, at around 5.45 in the evening, my phone rang again, but there was nothing but dead air before they cut the line. I attempted to call back, only to get a recorded message claiming it was the Energy Assessment team that had called. It seems like yet another dodgy firm from the North West with scant respect for people's privacy!

I picked up the phone to a lady inquiring, "May I have a word with the property owner?" I politely responded with, "May I ask who's calling?" Instead of giving her name, she pressed on with, "Are you the owner?" to which I replied in the negative, and lo and behold, she abruptly terminated the call! The sheer rudeness astounds me. It's quite infuriating, especially considering we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service to deter such unsolicited calls.
