I got a call from some dodgy lot pretending to be TalkTalk. They had this recorded message about some problem with my billing and wanted to get into my computer to "fix" it, asking for my bank info too. Sounds like typical scammers from abroad, maybe Eastern Europe or Africa, involved in all sorts of nasty stuff like drugs and people trafficking. Best just to ignore and block these maniacs.
