ACI kept insisting on getting my personal info before they'd even talk to me, which I never gave. Out of nowhere, they sent me a letter about a debt I’ve never heard of. I asked them for proof, like a signed agreement, but they didn’t provide anything. After that, I told them to stop getting in touch, yet they just keep ringing me nonstop. It’s honestly feeling like harassment now.
