Got a ring from this number, some bloke called "Mark" saying he was from "O2"...problem is, I ain't with O2 at all, so instantly sounded dodgy. He started chatting about some refund for me (which I definitely wasn't due), then he went and passed me over to his "manager". That guy asked if I was Miss Helen - that's me, but actually, it isn’t. Then he launched into some rubbish about a previous conversation that never happened. Told them to ring me back once the refund's sorted, then I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Total time-wasters!
