I told them to go ahead and update my site, mentioning I’d actually retired a couple of years back.

There was this weird long silence and a click right before the person answered, which usually screams auto-dialler scam to me. The guy said he was calling from some "top search engine" I’d never heard of and kept asking if I was the owner of the business, which felt pretty sketchy. I just ended the call before they could say any more.
