I kept getting calls claiming to be from Sky's broadband team but when I rang Sky myself, they told me if they call you back, they always say their department straight away and then go through security checks. These callers never did that. I asked for a name about ten times before anyone would give one up - felt completely shady. Sky also confirmed they hadn’t tried to contact me at all today, so those three calls this morning were definitely dodgy, not legit Sky.
