So I picked up this call from a lady saying she was ringing from Talk Talk. She claimed there was a problem with my router and some security risks, and asked me to power up my PC so she could "show" me. Right away, it felt dodgy. I checked the number online and all I got was this site, which showed it wasn’t a legit Talk Talk contact. Honestly, never switch on your computer just cos some random caller tells you to - they could easily hack into it if you do. Be careful out there and don’t fall for stuff like this! Stay safe :)

It was the same for me. They kept calling until I got diverted to voicemail then they just stopped. When I checked 1471, the number showed up as 0012530222186.

I have no clue what that was about, the call just cut off without anyone saying a word.
