There was this guy who sounded Asian and he tried asking if he could talk to a Miss something, but I didn’t catch what he said properly. I just told him he must have dialled the wrong number, and then he ended the call.

Got a call earlier today, and the guy somehow already had my name and old address. The man said his name was David and spoke with a sort of Indian accent, claiming he was from UK Choice. He said if I gave him just 20 seconds, he wouldn’t bother me again. I didn't give away any info though. Once I told him I wasn’t a homeowner or renting privately, he just ended the call straight away.

This number popped up on my phone, and I reckon it’s one of them dodgy telemarketers trying to scam me. I just don’t bother answering and slap a block on it straight away.

I got a call from some bloke who wanted me to answer three questions about my house, saying he wouldn't bother me again after that. I cut him off and asked how much cash he'd give me for my time, but he just brushed past it and asked if I owned the place or rented privately. I told him that's none of his business, and he just ended the call straight away. Total scammer, if you ask me.

Got a call from Aldershot, number 01252 954115. A bloke with an Asian accent said he knew me by name and claimed he was ringing about a callback request I supposedly made on the 16th, about some help with debt through a government scheme. I told him that was nonsense as I’ve got no debts at all. As soon as I said that, he just cut the call straight away!

I made it abundantly clear to this chap on numerous occasions that I had no interest in partaking in the consumer survey he was running. Despite my repeated objections, he continued to ring me up. In the end, I had no choice but to block his number entirely.
