this number keeps ringing me up saying they're from british gas, but its definitely a scam. i rang up british gas myself and they said it sounds like some dodgy call centre trying to make us switch suppliers. last time they called i got pretty sharp with them and they just ended the call. reckon that’s the last time they’ll bother me.

some guy with an asian accent called claiming to be from my energy company's meter reading team. I told him no way he was, but he insisted he was trying to get hold of my latest bill. I just told him that’s impossible since we work from home and they don’t provide our service. hung up on him - what a waste of time! might give them the runaround next time though. anyway, blocked the number now.
