The person on the phone claimed I'd signed up for Amazon Prime, which I definitely hadn’t, and said they'd be taking money from my account soon. They told me to press '1' to avoid the charge. I refused to press anything. I logged into my Amazon account just to be sure and saw no Prime subscription.
