5 yearsGot a call bright and early at seven, just after my granddaughter had a crash the evening before, so naturally we were bricking it about what the call might be. Honestly, it’s maddening how these scam calls just keep coming. I reckon everyone should just ring them back and then hang up to waste their time a bit. The stupidity of these scams is almost funny, but really it just makes things worse for folks. Shame BT won’t step in to help their customers deal with these dodgy companies behaving so badly.BT5 yearsGot a call this morning about 8am from someone claiming to be a woman with a South Asian accent. She kept saying good evening even though it was the morning. She said she was ringing from BT Openrich - yes, not Openreach like it should be - and was quite ready to debate with me when I questioned her.
