Got a call from someone claiming there was an issue with our internet from BT or someone like that, but the woman’s accent was really thick and hard to follow. I just kept the convo going, asking loads of questions, which didn’t seem to amuse her at all! Since I’m actually with Virgin Media, I was pretty sure it was a scam. Just drag it out and they usually give up pretty quick, haha!

Got a call from someone saying they were from BT, told me my router had a virus. They wanted me to connect so they could somehow check and fix it. Smelled a bit dodgy to me.
