Ridiculous! Got bombarded by calls from numbers starting with 01252, 01253, 01256, and 01258. Every single one was some sort of scam pretending they’re from insurance, HMRC, PPI claims or the TPS. Total rubbish, nothing genuine. I’ve reported all of them and blocked through BT’s call protect, but they somehow manage to slip past. Proper annoying and honestly a bit unsettling.

I got a call from a lady with an asian accent, which was really tricky to catch what she was saying. She asked me to verify my info and then told me they needed to record the call for compliance reasons. Naturally, I said no way, haha! Let them keep trying for nothing. Next time, I’m thinking of putting them on hold and playing some tunes just for laughs.

I got a call from a guy who said he was ringing from Today’s Live. He claimed he just had four easy questions to ask. But as soon as I started asking him a few things back, he suddenly ended the call.

I had a call from a bloke with an Asian accent. Normally I just let it go to voicemail to avoid hassle but this time he got straight through. He said he had a quick question for me, said it’d only take a minute. I told him I wasn’t interested in any questions and just ended the call. Fair enough, he did get my name right which is rare these days!
