They said they were from BT, but you could tell the call centre was probs in India. Told me my new router wasn’t working right and made me switch off all my gadgets. Then they mentioned I was owed a refund and that I didn’t need to give any personal info. They “arranged” for an engineer to come out, but then it all felt dodgy when they wanted me to see if the refund appeared in my bank. Total red flag.
