My phone has been buzzing every 30 minutes non stop! It’s so frustrating!

As soon as I picked up the call, it immediately started blasting music and didn’t give me a chance to respond. I've now added the number to my blacklist on my phone, fingers crossed I won't end up with an unwanted charge!
