We’re currently under an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), which shields us from such harassment. Yet they persist in making threats of legal action, which they simply cannot follow through on due to the protections an IVA affords. If any of the CapQuest team happens to stumble upon this message, do your homework before incessantly pestering individuals! Some of us have legal safeguards in place! Honestly, it’s baffling!

CapQuest, on behalf of Capital One, is causing quite the headache. Honestly, it's baffling how clueless they are! I've got an IVA in place, which means I'm shielded from any legal action-yet these muppets keep sending me threats about prosecution. They really should do their homework before harassing people. It’s astonishing how many of us are actually under an IVA! Get it together, CapQuest-you’re coming across as a bit foolish!
