Got a call claiming to be from Sky, saying they wanted to check my broadband. The background was super loud with loads of people speaking in Indian accents. When I asked them who exactly they were, they just cut me off. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming they were with Openreach, but they had this strong Indian accent. It was like you could hear loads of folks shouting in the background, real noisy, but the sound was rubbish like they were using cheap headsets. Definitely felt like a scam.

I got a call on this number from someone saying they were with Openreach, but the person had a really thick foreign accent and I couldn’t make out what they were saying at all. I ended up just hanging up. Do you reckon this was some sort of scam?

Got a call from this number earlier, but as soon as I answered, there was nothing but an automated message saying "the other person has cleared!" Pretty weird, no one actually spoke.
