On 14th August morning, around 10:35am, someone claiming to be 'Arthur' from a company guessing to be 'Domestic ?' rang my husband. He said there was a mistake and we’d paid too much, and he wanted to sort out giving the extra money back. When I said I wasn’t convinced and suspected it was a dodgy call, ‘Arthur’ quickly ended the call.
