I keep getting the exact same message from someone saying they're from HMRC. They kept threatening me with an arrest warrant unless I pressed 1 and paid some tax immediately over the phone. It really seems like a scam to me. Luckily, I knew about these tricks beforehand, but the call was still pretty scary. Just a heads up to everyone - watch out and don't fall for it!

Be cautious if you receive a call from this number. They claimed to be my internet service provider, but it’s glaringly obvious they’re not. An automated voice message warned me about supposedly visiting suspicious websites, which I highly doubt. They wanted me to press 1 to speak with someone; as if that’s ever going to happen!
