7 yearsToday I got a phone call from a bloke who said his name was Alex and claimed he was from Microsoft. He told me someone had hacked and was using my computer without permission. He wanted me to be at my PC so he could 'fix' the issue. When I told him my computer was with an engineer being repaired, he got really annoyed and asked to speak to the engineer! I told him the engineer wasn’t at my place and he told me to have him call back when the PC was home again. Then I asked which PC he meant, and he said all the ones at my address would be blocked.
