I've been getting calls from this number at the crack of dawn. Just today, on the 18th of July, 2017, my phone rang at 3:56 AM but only once-then silence before I had a chance to pick it up. It's quite infuriating! From what I've gathered, it appears to be some idle prankster looking to disturb others.
