They told me to press the Windows key and R together to open a run box, but it was so they could mess with my system and later demand money to fix it. When I asked for proper proof of who they were, they gave me a reference number to type into my PC instead of checking anything on Virgin's website or my router. Absolutely a scam, just hang up if you get a call like this!
