I think Thomson Local only rings you up if you've actually paid to advertise with them. Otherwise, no call ever comes through.

Got a call from some energy provider, can't recall their name now, saying it was a follow-up after I did a price check on another site. It was just one of those polite calls, nothing too pushy or annoying.
