I received a call from someone who sounded Indian and spoke rather quickly, claiming to be from BT Openett. When I inquired about who had authorised him to contact me, he didn’t respond directly and kept repeating that my internet was experiencing fluctuations. I was a bit puzzled since it appeared to be a local number, so I pressed him for more information. He then promptly ended the call. Quite strange, to say the least!
