Received a call purporting to be from a chap named Michael representing BT, claiming our internet speed is less than satisfactory. The funny thing is, we aren't even customers of BT! I chose to chat with them for a bit just to prevent their nonsense from bothering someone else for a while, but they ended up hanging up on me. Quite the cheek, really!
