Got a call on Tuesday 1st Jan 2021 at about 10:11 in the morning. The bloke said he was from BT Openworld, sounded like he was phoning from an Indian call centre. I reckon it was a scam.

Definitely feels like some sort of dodgy gang behind this.

A guy called me saying he worked for BT and that my broadband wasn’t working properly. He asked me to check the lights on my router but when I told him I wasn’t close to it, he just hung up on me! Such rudeness.
