Got a call from a woman’s recorded message saying my Amazon Prime subscription just renewed for £39.99 and if I want to talk to an Amazon rep, I should press 1. Thing is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime and they better don’t have my landline saved! I reckon they’ll ring me up from another number soon, so blocking this one might not make much difference.

Got a recorded call saying my Amazon Prime subscription was going to renew for £39.99. They said if I didn’t want it to renew I should talk to someone on the phone. Thing is, I don’t have a Prime account at all, so it’s definitely a scam. I just blocked the number straight away.
