Seems like a scam to me. Got a recorded call saying it was from BT about my broadband being cut off. The message told me to press 1 to speak to BT or press 2 to cancel the service. I had a feeling that if I pressed any button, it’d end up costing me. So, I just left the phone off the receiver until the line finally dropped.
